Production usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the size of your order and our current queue. We print and ship orders every Monday and Thursday. Once your order is printed and shipped, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Within 24 hours after that email, you'll get your tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to your door.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Since every order enters production shortly after purchase, cancellations are not possible beyond that timeframe. After delivery, you have 14 days to send the order back if you wish to return it.
We ship all orders from our facility in Europe with fast and reliable worldwide shipping. Most of our customers are located in the USA and EU, with deliveries typically arriving within 7–14 business days depending on location. Every shipment includes worldwide tracking, and orders over $50 qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your order size and our current workload. We print and ship on Mondays and Thursdays, so your order will be included in the next available shipping cycle once it's ready. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by your tracking number within 24 hours.
You can request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered. If your cards arrive damaged or you're not satisfied with your order, we've got you covered. We'll work with you to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Yes, double-faced cards come exactly as they should — printed on both sides, allowing for an authentic and immersive gameplay experience.
No, proxy cards are not tournament legal. This applies to proxies from any source. Our cards are intended for casual play, testing decks, and personal use only. They are not permitted in officially sanctioned tournaments.
